Preparing for Holidays

Hope everybody had a happy Easter holiday, sadly no easter eggs at ATP HQ had to make do with a Boost, I must say I really enjoyed it.

Because it was holiday time it made me think about photo's and what to do with them, so wanting to be prepared and needing a good excuse for a New Paper Stack, I have started a holiday album using a Seawhites 6 x 6 journal.

It needs to be pretty much ready to go. So it was just a case of adding the photo's and ephemera brought back from our outings.

It will also be used for family event's and in our case, photo's of our collie dogs.

I used the new Destination's paper from Idea-ology which works really well with the Kraft resist pad, the idea was to have little pockets to stick the tags in and left plain on the back to mount a photo.

The Route 52 charms have been stuck on using Multi Medium, something I learnt from Leandra at Paper Artsy is if you are a messy glue-er, multi medium can be painted over.

The new Chit Chat stickers are just the right size for small quote's they also sit nicely in the Tiny Tabs from the Sizzix die (Tiny Tabs & Tags).

Because I like to cut my own Tags but the paper I have is not as good for stamping on. We have just taken stock of the New Manila card from Ranger so I can cut out all the sizes I need.

The only problem I have now is convincing Jamie that I need the New Graphic 45 Paper stack, the Olde Curiosity Shoppe it looks fantastic.

Id like to take this opportunity to introduce you to Jack and Brusier our little helpers, Jack loves coming to the shop to pick the orders, and Bruiser always has a football or two waiting on the chair when I come back from the shop..
