This is Artist Trading Post's very 1st post on our blog. It's taken us a long time to get started but I hope i will be worth the wait.
So on this very wet Bank Holiday Monday I would like to tell you about a great project I have been doing for 10 days. I signed up for Creative Chemistry 101 with Tim Holtz.
You can start the online course at anytime, I joined on the last day,day 10. It is well worth the time and effort, you may know a lot of the techniques, you may have forgot a lot as well, I know I had.
The other great thing is it make's you use that stash that you buy and can't remember what to do with it. But beware it also makes you want to buy more (don't tell Jamie how many times I have nipped to the shop).
Here are all 25 tags
This tag was done using a technique called brushless watercolour.
Archival resist
Rusted Enamel
Blending with Distress Markers (very kindly given to us by Tim Holtz at the Ranger workshop)
Watercolour with Distress markers
Distress Stain over Kraft Resist
Water colouring with re-inkers
I will be using some of these and other techniques in future projects, thank you for stopping by see you soon.
Welcome to the land of blog... good luck and best wishes.

This is so cool. Great that you now have a blog. I joined Tims classes, but I am saving mine for a while as we are having a new roof done, and its just so, so messy!I'm really looking forward to getting time to playing with my stuff. Hey, now you are blogging, you can join in Whats on your Workdesk Wednesday, over at The Stamping Ground.
