ATP Exchange - April challenge

Hello! We hope you are having  a beautiful and creative week. What about a new  ATP Exchange challenge? We have changed the rules and it's format a little bit so please make sure you know them before you enter. All rules can be found here and on the right sidebar of our blog.

Our new challenge is very simple and we think it gives you the possibility to create in your own style. All you have to do is to create an Artist Trading Card inspired by Trading Post.

This ATP Exchange challenge is a mixed-media challenge, and we do not require you to use any specific technique or products so just spread your creative wings and have fun.

A Trading Post was the name given to an original American place or establishment where the trading of goods took place and was the inspiration behind the name Artist Trading Post. We thought it would be an interesting challenge to interpret this term into a unique work of art in the form of an ATC.

Here's how an original Trading Post looked like:

To give you more inspiration we decided to provide you with a mood board:

And there is even more. Here is our special Pinterest board for this challenge, to help you even more!

• Please note that it's a very wide brief and we are not expecting everyone to do an ATC with an old shop on it, but to seek ideas and inspiration from the words, the content, the atmosphere of such a place. Below are some of samples we both made:
